Summary of Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth and successful project, please note our general terms of service:

Service Agreement: Prior to work starting, a formal agreement/project quote has to be approved by the valued customer that outlines the project scope, timeline, and costs.

 
Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the agreement to cover initial sourcing and planning. The final balance is due upon completion of the installation. The amounts will be quoted as or when required on individual bases,

Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing clear access to the space and approving all curated items and floral arrangements before purchase. Any changes to the approved selections may incur additional fees.

Liability: We take the utmost care with all items and property. However, our liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.

     
Approvals & Permits: Any approval from any authority or department internally or externally is to be arranged by the client.
