5. Return Shipping
- Damaged/Defective Items: For returns resulting from a damaged or defective item, Luxury Casa will assume all return shipping costs.
- Unwanted Items: Luxury Casa promotes healthy shopping experience by relying on serious and committed ordering practices by the customer. Please make sure the selection, budget or suitability of items by going through specification and details or products prior to initiating the order at the platform.
- We do strongly adhere to quality and consistency of the products we sell on this platform which entitles the customer with exchange/return of items that are delivered damaged or broken. In such case of exchange/return of broken/damaged items, luxurycasaa.com is responsible for the return shipping expenses.

We aim to process all refunds swiftly, typically within 2-3 working days after the item is received and verified at our warehouse.
- For purchases made via luxurycasaa.com using a card or installment payment method (Tabby or Tamara), refunds are issued to the same payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days after the refund is initiated from our side to reflect on your bank.
- Orders paid through Cash on Delivery or POS upon delivery (Card upon delivery) are only refunded as store credit in your account, applicable for future orders.
